Refund and Return Policy: Supplements
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used supplements due to strict health, hygiene, and public health regulations in South Africa. All sales of these products are final, except in the specific circumstances outlined below as required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
You may return an item for a refund or exchange if:
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (within 6 months of purchase).
You received the incorrect product or an expired product.
The item is returned within our general return window (e.g., 7 or 14 days) and is unopened, in its original, sealed packaging, and undamaged condition.
For online purchases only, you exercise your 7-day cooling-off right under the ECTA, provided the item is returned unopened and unused.
Final approval for all returns rests with management after product inspection. Shipping costs for general returns (e.g., change of mind on an unopened product) are the customer's responsibility.
